Awards Administered by IU Offices

Some of the nationally-competitive awards for undergraduates are administered by Indiana University offices. For all of these awards, there is a designated campus representative who is available to assist students interested in applying. Most of these more selective awards such as the Rhodes, Mitchell, Truman and Luce scholarships limit the number of students that can apply from IU and applicants must participate in a campus-level nomination process to advance for consideration on the national level. Other award programs require applicants to apply via the office of their respective campus representative

The first six awards in this list are for students who want to apply for an award for activity during their undergraduate career. The last eight awards are for post-graduate activities such as graduate study or an internship. All of them have deadlines in the fall and enrolled students apply for them at the beginning of their senior year. Recent graduates and alumni are welcome to apply through the respective IU office if allowed by the award program. For more information about these awards, click on the name of the award.
